総評はタイトル通りです。コンセプトはとても魅惑的だったのですが…
以下、がっかりな点です
①盛り合わせ（6点盛り）
確かにリーズナブルですが6点中2点が鳥はナシと思います。その後のオーダーに繋がるような、牛肉のお試し的なセットにすべきでしょう
②火加減
開店直後にお邪魔したこちらも悪いですが、1人焼肉歓迎らしい店にしては、火が入って15分くらいはまだ火が起こってなく、焼肉じゃなくて炙り肉状態でした。
炭火の扱いが難しいのは分かってるつもりですが、せめて火起こし用品を貸したり等の気遣いは欲しかったです
②タレ
確かにオリジナル以外にも種類はありましたが、オリジナル以外は市販の物。まぁ好みなんでしょうけど
③卓上調味料
個人的には旨い肉を旨く食べたい時には、黒胡椒に拘りたいと思ってます。こちらは家庭用のコショー（黒でも白でもない）のみです
④追加調味料
レモン、ネギ塩、ワサビ、ニンニク等は別途100円
別料金にしてもアリですが、肉1枚に対して高過ぎます
また、個人の好みで調味料を選んでもらうという姿勢はアリですが、例えば“タンなら、ネギ塩はお店としてもオススメだからサービス”とかやると、お店の肉に対する思いが伝わってきていいと思います
期待し過ぎた私が悪いかもしれませんが、基本的に
“美味しいお肉を高い金出して食べる”
“場合によっては家庭でも充分代用可能”
なお店だと思いました。市街中心部で安くはないお金出して行く価値は…かなり微妙です。
