ちょうど1ヶ月前ぐらいに、東京まで食べ歩き旅行行ってきて、その時行った治郎丸によく似たお店が熊本に出来たとFacebookで知り、早速行ってきました〜
場所は、駕町通りのホルモンマンの目の前。カウンターのみの小さなお店です。治郎丸形式で立喰いで1枚ずつ注文するスタイルってのは同じです。
1枚30円〜って看板に書いてあったとおり、鳥肉や豚トロなどは本当に30円。A4ランクやA5ランクの和牛のお肉は100円〜400円ぐらいだったかと...
ヒレ肉とかは、ステーキ店で食べたらいくら取られるんだろ?って感じで、肉のクオリティは高かったですね〜
あと、他に来ていたお客様は簡易的なイスに座っていたので、完全に立喰オンリーって感じじゃないのかな?って印象でした。
味と価格のバランスと、このコンセプトすべて好きですね♪
