Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) near the joint government building. The other day, they started offering Tsukemen (Dipping Nudle) for lunch. Tsukemen (Dipping Nudle) 's soup is made with classic and pork bones, and the noodles are made with whole grain flour. Most of all, the mustard lotus root topping is eye-catching. Although it's in Kumamoto, this is the first time I've seen karashi lotus root on Noodles. Tsukemen (Dipping Nudle) is generally easy to eat. The soup looks rich, but it's light in a good way. The noodles are quite soft after boiling for Tsukemen (Dipping Nudle), so you can eat them after a while. I was told that the price was the same for all meals up to the middle portion, but it seemed like I could get by even if I was a small eater. Also, I am hesitant about when to eat mustard lotus root lol.
