せっかく日帰り出張で熊本に来たからには美、帰りが楽な熊本駅そばで美味しい熊本名物とお酒を味わいたくて2人で当店を訪れた

■感想
・馬刺しとあか牛：鮮度よく、今まで食べた中でピカ一レベルの美味しさ
・辛子レンコン：絶妙の辛子の辛さと熱々感がたまらなく、生涯一美味しいと感じた
・ちくわサラダ揚げ：知名度は低いかもしれないが、必ず食べるべき料理
・墨守：熊本の酒と言ったらやっぱりこれ、料理に合い美味しかった
・唯一、惜しむべきは提供順序で、他のお客さんとの兼ね合いもあっただろうが、同じタイミングで頼んだ馬刺しやあか牛が揚げ物の後に来たのは、少し残念だった
・ひと言で言うと、今回オーダーした料理は、ビックリするほどの美味しさで、皆さんにも是非お薦めしたい
・味は良い、後は接客…
