It has become the number one Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) restaurant in Kumamoto for me. They grill it to perfection on the grill in front of the counter. Everything is perfectly cooked. And the sauce and salt are perfect. The grain mustard on the peaches was amazing. The steamed egg custard came as an appetizer, but the skin was crispy because it was grilled with gorotto chicken thighs. I can't stand it! Seared chicken is also the best way to heat the fire. Impeccable workmanship. Kudos to GOLD for introducing me to this shop. It was a very satisfying meeting. Thank you for the meal! ! ! !
