熊本城近くの飲み屋街にあるたごカレー。
看板にはインド風カレーとありますが、インド的手法で日本人が作ったカレーライスのお店になります。
日曜日、開店5分前に到着すると既に待ちの列が。
開店時間と同時に入店。僕の後に入ったお客さんで満席となりました。
人気店ですね。
いただいたのは馬キーマカレー。
馬肉は熊本の名物ですから。
馬肉のカレーとなるとなかなか珍しいですが、馬肉はクセもあまりなく食べやすい肉なので初心者にも安心です。
しかも馬肉は他の肉より低カロリーだったりしますから。
スパイス感よりも旨味に重きを置かれたテイスト。
馬の挽肉のみならずエリンギや茄子などの野菜も入るのが嬉しいです。
サラダもついて900円というのはかなりコスパ良いですね。
提供までに多少時間がかかりましたが、一生懸命にカレーを作る店主さんの姿を見ながら待っているのも悪くない時間。
最後に非常に個人的などうでも良い話なのですが、こちらのお店で47都道府県カレー巡りが遂に達成となりました。
