以前IL CASINOのをされていた別城さんは福岡でbekki
を立ち上げ、熊本は松本さんに任されました。
松本さんになりどうかなあと伺ったところ、素晴らしかったです。松ちゃんと呼ばれ親しまれているようです。

何の背脂か忘れたが背脂をのせて、淡白なハモに脂が加わりgood
その後の料理も白身魚も美味しかったのですが、後半のメモが間違って削除されて詳しいことは忘れてしまいました
貝の生パスタも、貝のシコシコした食感と抜群
お肉も美味しかったし、まだ行かれたことがない方はこの値段でこの狭いところでこれだけの料理を出すのは凄いと思います
