いつ食べても美味しい
ちょっと来店するのに間が空いて
違うお店にちょこちょこ浮気してたけど
やはりここがホームグラウンドの様な
気がすると勝手に思ってます✋
それにしても毎回思う事なんだけど
特に今回は松本シェフの凄まじい手際に
度肝を抜かれた
お店に入ったばかりのアシスタント君に
指示を出しつつ準備された品のチェックを
やりながら自らもめっちゃ手のこんだ料理を
こなす！しかも味は間違いない美味しさ
いやはやｽｹﾞｪｪｪなぁ
新人アシスタント君もまだまだ
これからだけどこんな凄いお店で
しかも一流のシェフの仕事を間近で
見ながら勉強(仕事)出来るって
中々ないぞぉー！！大変だろうけど
頑張れ⤴⤴⤴(新人君19歳ッ若い)
今回もお料理にペアリング
してもらったワインたちも
全部美味しかった
特にメインのお肉のほろほろ鳥
