路面電車の通町筋から徒歩1分ほど、こじんまりしたイタリアンレストラン。
祝日の夜に予約して伺いました。
かなり評価の高いお店ですがいつも満席にならないように調整しているらしく、直前に予約しても取れることもあるそうです。急に熊本来ることになったら電話してみるのはアリですね。
店内は横並びカウンター8席程度の小さなお店です。
シェフともう1人の方の2人でやってらっしゃいます。
コースは11,000円のおまかせコース。
デザート含め7品でました。
最初の出来立てのチーズから美味しくて、どの料理もレベル高かったです。
特にパスタがめちゃ美味しかった！
パスタ2つ出てきますが２つ目のパスタがカステルマーニョという希少なチーズのソースとホワイトアスパラのタリオリーニで、手打ち麺の食感もすごく良かったしソースも最高でした。
その前の太刀魚のお皿もさすがの素材の良さ。
メインは蝦夷鹿のシンタマですが、鹿の中でもかなり野性味溢れる味でジビエ好きならハマるかもやけど少し好みは分かれるかも？
火入れもパサつくギリギリの攻めた火入れでした。
それにしてもポーションでかい。
最後のゴルゴンゾーラのアイスと日本酒の合わせた味も予想外ですごかった。
地方ならではのコスパの良さが感じられて満足な内容です。
シェフとも色々お店のことなどお話しできてとても良い人でした。
そしてコースを時間バラバラの人に合わせて提供する手際の良さも素晴らしかったです。
