通町筋駅より徒歩2分、2015（平成27）年創業の
イタリア料理店「IL CASINO」さん。
2018年度のミシュランの一つ星を獲得するなど、
熊本でトップクラスの人気のお店とのことなので
事前に予約をして当日お伺いしました。
料理はおまかせコースのみ。
なお、当日のコースは以下を参照してください。
・さくらんぼの冷製パスタ
・サザエのフリット
・白えびのブルスケッタ
・魚料理（イサキ）

・肉料理 肩ロースの炭火焼き
・デザート
まずはスパークリングワインからスタート。
山形のさくらんぼを使用した冷製パスタから提供
されますが、さっぱりと上品で美味しいですね！
この時点で心をガッチリ掴まれます。
さっくり食感のサザエのフリットはあわびの肝が
良いアクセント。これだけでワインがガブガブ
飲めちゃいそうです。
白えびのブルスケッタ（写真は失念）は富山から
直送したもので、甘さが際立つ美味しいやつ。
イワシバターが良い仕事をしてくれます。
イサキは皮目がパリッと香ばしく、中はふんわり。
スープもイサキの出汁がしっかり出ていて極上！
タリオリーニも美味しかったなぁ・・・・。
そしてメインの肉料理は鹿屋市の福留さんが育てている幻の豚。肉の旨みがとても強く、香りも素晴らしい。
脂身が甘くてくどくない。これ、凄いなぁ。
デザートはゴルゴンゾーラのアイスに満寿宗を
かけていただきますが、これも絶品。
最後はカプチーノで締めとなりました。
カウンター8席の隠れ家的なお店ですが、
料理は一級品！熊本でこんなに美味しいイタリアンが
食べられるなんて・・・！
熊本でイタリアンを食べるなら、必ず候補に入ります。
料理は美味いし、お値段もお手ごろ。
お店の雰囲気も良いので、かなりオススメです。
