九州出張の熊本泊の日。私の勤務先で、熊本拠点で仕事している先輩から「何食べたい？」と聞いていただけたので「熊本の料理が食べられるお店！」と即答したところ、こちらのお店に連れて行っていただきました。
オーダーは覚えている範囲でこちら。
・サラダ
・馬刺し
・だし巻き卵
・山芋のお好み焼き
・雲仙ハム
・熊本産肥後赤鶏骨付きもも炭火焼
・〆の鶏メシ
・生ビール
・ハイボール
・日本酒
なんと言っても肥後赤鶏の炭火焼からの〆の鶏メシの流れが素晴らしいです。絶妙なタイミングで店員さんにお勧めされお願いしたのですが、大当たり。大変失礼ながら、鶏の骨とまだ食べてないお肉少しで、どうなるんだろ？と疑問でしたが、しっかり鶏の味が入り、鶏炒飯のような感じに。今思えば、炭火焼や鶏メシに限らず、参加メンバーおじさんばかりだったにも関わらず全品即完食してしまっていたような。そりゃお酒も進みますね。
