赤牛や馬肉がウリのお店です。
近くで検索したら出てきたので入ってみました。
店内はカウンター席とテーブル席があります。2階以上もあるみたいで、個室や団体様用席もあるみたい。なので座席数は多いです。
お客様はお一人様から複数人様まで来ていました。海外の方もけっこういましたね。
入口すぐの所にサインがたくさん飾ってありました。人気店なんですね。お会計はテーブル会計。
注文したのは
『プレミアム熊本肉丼』
いろいろあったので迷ったんですけど、プレミアムと言う文字に惹かれて選びました。ハッキリ言って贅沢丼です。
内容は、
熊本のあか牛、馬フレーク、県産豚、天草大王（熊本地鶏の名称）、和牛ローストビーフが合計350g。
セットでサラダとお味噌汁が付いてきます。
卓上に3種類のタレがあるので、お好みでかけて頂きます。
お味の方は、
うん、どれも美味しい！
あか肉は旨味がしっかり、でも脂っぽくない。
馬フレークは口の中で溶けて、あっという間に消えちゃいます。
他の豚肉も、鶏肉もローストビーフも、それぞれ良さがあって良かったです。
そそ、
運ばれて来たお料理と一緒のお盆で、熊本城のミニチュアが飾り付けであしらわれていました。観光地としての気配りも出来ていますね。
美味しく頂きました。
