飲んだシメに一杯。無難な熊本のラーメンといった感じ。
子供を連れていた為、テーブル席のある熊本ラーメンの店をという事で入店。
バリカタにした替え玉が、ややイマイチだったが可もなく不可もなくと言う感じ。後はマー油？の焦げ具合の主張がかなり強く少し気になった。
熊本の旅のお昼に、ザ熊本ラーメンの黒亭を訪問。海外の観光客も押寄せる人気店。生卵を2個のっけてマシマシに。味の濃い見た目よりもさっぱりした味わいで旨い。また食べに行きたいラーメン。
