平日の14時前頃に訪問。
時間もズレていたこともあってか席はガラガラですんなりと入店。
食券スタイル。
平日はラーメンと、小焼き飯のセットが¥1,100ということで、卵もトッピングで注文。
昔ながらの熊本ラーメンということで、とてもまろやか。個人的にはもう少ししょっぱさが足されていてもよかったかな。麺にはコシがあり、細麺すぎず好みな麺で最後まで伸びることはなかった。途中まで食べてから、オススメの食べ方としてレンゲに黄身を入れたがすぐにスープと混ざってしまい失敗してしまった。。って少しずつってのは難しくはないか？
以前違う店舗に行った時はもう少し美味しく感じたが、これは作り手なのか、店舗の違いなのか。。
チャーシューもイマイチ、好みではなかった。
焼き飯は香ばしくてラーメン屋の焼き飯！って感じで好みの味でした。
ラーメンだけ目当てにわざわざ！って程でもない印象でしょうか。。
この近辺でオススメがあれば教えて欲しいと思ってしまいました。
