熊本ラーメンでは、イチニを争う有名店で、本店が食べログ100名店に挙げられているく黒亭さん。
その黒亭さんで熊本のバスセンターから鶴屋百貨店に至る新市街、下通りのアーケードにあるお店です。
地下1階の立地にも関わらず、10:30の開店前からインバウンドのかたを含め列が出来ていました。
店内に入ると左手の券売機で食券を購入、インバウンドのかたはアジア系のかたで券売機が日本語か英語表記のみだったので、四苦八苦されておりお店のかたも少しイライラされていましたが、インバウンドのかたも多く訪れるお店だと思うので、中国語などのメニューを作成し番号などでわかる様に出来ればいいのになぁとか思いました。
黒亭さんは、20年位前本店のほうに伺ったことがありましたが、こちらのお店は初でした。
周辺は昼も夜も人通りが多い地域ですので、この立地はありがたいですね、、、
今回は生たまごが2個入った玉子入りラーメンとスタンダードなラーメン、豚そぼろ丼をいただきました。
豚そぼろ丼はチャーシューを作るときに出た端っこを部分を使ったもとはまかない飯の様ですが、味が浸みた肉とごはんの相性は抜群です。
玉子入りラーメンは、黄身がプリっとしています。食べ方がテーブルに書いてあり、れんげに載せた黄身に麺を付けて食べる方法も紹介されています。
ラーメンはシンプルですが、豚骨スープに焦がしにんにくの油、中太麺の絡みがよく、きくらげが入ります。
海苔が入っているのは、九州のラーメンの特徴に則っています。
今回は時間がありませんでしたが、次回はまた本店にも伺ってみたいと思います。
