最近はアンチエイジングという老化に逆らうワードが流行りですが、お店の前を通ると？エイジングビーフとな！
年寄り牛ではありません。
肉を熟成させ、うま味を引きだしたもののようです。
さて、そんなわけで好奇心に抗えず、階段の二階にあるお店に上がります。
一人焼き肉ランチしようという魂胆。
一人ですが、というと壁に沿ったカウンターに案内されました。
それほど広い店内ではありませんがざわざわしていなくて落ち着きます。
焼き肉ランチもいろいろあり、特選肉もあれば、150グラム肉のメニューもある。
私は90グラムの焼き肉ランチで。
量的にも正解かなと。
まず、カウンターの上に炭火が用意され、肉とご飯サラダキムチスープが。肉に牛脂がついていて、金網に塗る。
たれと醤油塩は目の前のテーブルに。
のんびり、二切れづつゆっくり焼き焼き、一人焼き肉楽しみます。
それほど肉質はわかりませんでした。特選肉を選べばわかるかもしれませんが。昼飯食べるのにそこまで贅沢する気になれない貧乏性なんで。
ただ、わさび醤油のわさびたっぷりは癖になる美味しさでしたよ。
これで1080円ならOKかな。
次は夜の特選肉の食べ比べも挑戦してみたいと思いました。
テーブルでお勘定すませて、おごちそうさまでした。
