のんべい放浪記
熊本市鶴屋すぐ近くの三年坂にある 炙りとNEW串焼き いっぴん 三年坂 さんにお邪魔。
目印に、鶴屋やTSUTAYAが近くにありますので、分かりやすいです。
お席は、全てカーテンが掛かった、半個室風のお店です。
串の他に、郷土料理やカルパッチョや炭焼き料理もあります。
お通しは、赤牛の炙ったすき焼き風タレにタマゴが付いてます。
オーダー、モモ・せせり・とりわさび・豚つくねなどオーダーしました。
オーダーは、紙に自分で書いて店員さんに渡します。
モモはタレで出て来て、他は塩とブラックペッパーが効いてました。
個室風になってますので、使い勝手は良いかもです。

焼き鳥屋さんですが、海鮮丼やマグロレアカツ丼や和牛の丼など丼ものが充実しております。
カーテンの個室風のお部屋に案内して頂きました。

・スーパードライ600円
丼には、サラダと味噌汁が付いてます。
醤油を掛けて、黄身を混ぜ混ぜして頂きます。
筋っぽい所が全然無くて美味しいですし、新鮮で臭みもありません。
味噌汁も魚アラが入ってて出汁が出てます。
大盛りがあれば大盛りでも食べ切れそうです。
