馬肉料理菅乃屋熊本駅店に行ってきました。
駅の1階にあるフードコートらしき場所にこっそりとありました。ここの馬肉は空港でもお土産で売ってたし知名度が高いのかな。馬肉は福島でも食べましたが熊本は有名ですよね。店内は6割位のお客様が入ってました。店員さんにおすすめを聞いて注文しましたがすごく美味しいというかごく普通な馬刺し。地元の方に熊本は馬刺しが有名だけど美味しい店と高いだけで美味しくない店もあるよ。と言ってましたが地元の方的にはどうなんでしょうか。
