熊本出張時に利用。
新幹線で熊本駅から降り立ったあとに、肥後よかもん市場内をふらっと立ち寄ったお店。この菅乃屋は馬肉でとても有名なお店らしい。
あんまり時間もなかったが、熊本といえば馬肉！サクッと行けそうなうまトロ丼！
このうまトロ、美味かった。醤油と相まって、口の中でとろけていく感覚。臭みなども一切なく、肉の旨味とともに、ご飯が混ざり合いながら、いつの間にか平らげてしまった。。
また次回、本家の菅乃屋で、夜に改めてしっかりと向き合って食したい。そう思わせてくれるランチでした。ご馳走様でした。
