熊本駅新幹線口(西口)にあるスターバックスコーヒーにやってまりました～
駅前広場に面してテラス席があります。
スタバアプリにスターがたまっていたので、
ごほうびのドリンクを一杯いただくことにしました。

オーツミルクラテ ベンティ： 496円+税
スタバでは通常のミルクを３種類の植物性ミルクに変更することができます。
昔からあるソイミルク（豆乳）のほか、アーモンドミルクとオーツミルクがあります。
今回は、最近注目されているオーツミルクにしました。
牛乳よりも低カロリーで、食物繊維が豊富。
牛乳の約2倍、豆乳の約6倍の食物繊維が含まれています。
βグルカンが含まれており、悪玉コレステロール値を下げる効果もあるのです。
そんでもって、植物性ミルクの中で一番牛乳に近い味という。
キッチンカーなどが出て、とても賑やかな駅前広場を眺めながら
ヘルシーなオーツミルクラテをいただきました～
