Arrived at 6:30pm on Golden Week. I didn't make a reservation, but I was able to fit two people in. 2 hall attendants. BGM is modern jazz. When you look at the menu, you'll notice that there are many types of local sake. My companion who loves local sake is also very happy with this. I'm a beer fan, so it doesn't matter (lol) The appetizer is Kinpira.In addition to burdock and carrots, they also have meat (horse?).The draft beer (550 yen) is Premol.The food I ordered was: ・[b: Assorted local horse sashimi platter of five types] (3,280 yen)] 3 slices each of lean meat, mane, egg, heart, and marbled loin. All of them are delicious!!! Especially the red meat. ・[b: Local horse sashimi raw liver (1,680 yen)] Although it is horse, it is similar to liver sashimi. A reunion after a long time! Sprinkled with sesame oil, sesame seeds, and green onions, the taste and texture are not that different from beef, and it's delicious!!! ・[b: Assorted sashimi (1,780 yen)] 6 pieces, 2 slices each. It's a familiar sight in Hokkaido. There were a few things that were missing.The deliciousness didn't disappoint!It was deliciously satisfying.Perhaps it was a live bar in the same building, but there was some noise at times.The drinks I ordered didn't arrive until I confirmed them. It happened once, but other than that there were no problems.The bill was a little over 7,000 yen per person, which was cheaper than I was prepared for.
