I found it on SNS and went to the store that caught my attention. The restaurant opens at 6pm, and we made reservations at 6pm, so there weren't that many customers, only a few groups. At a Grilled skewer restaurant, crowding is very important. If it's too crowded, each skewer will feel very empty. The dishes I ordered are as shown in the photo, and they were all large and filling. I especially tried the meat rolls, both steamed and grilled, and they were quite filling. Personally, I liked the moist feeling of steaming. I liked the crispy texture of the grill, but I prefer it moist. As a drinker, I would like to point out one thing that bothers me... Since it was hearty, I was full in just an hour. The price was also quite high. If you want to enjoy it slowly with sake, you should order a little at a time. I will visit again.
