I ate Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) at Sakuramachi. This is a store opened by Takenoya, a long-established store in Hakata Torikawa. Its power has steadily expanded to Kumamoto as well. You can sit at the counter from midday and have a luxurious yakitori time. After all, I first tried five bottles of the famous Torikawa. It is slowly grilled to remove the fat and soak up the sauce, creating a crispy texture on the outside and a chewy texture on the inside. It's moist and has a good flavor, so I can eat as many of it as I want, which is scary, but thankfully. I think it's because of the texture that people have different tastes, but as someone who loves torikawa by nature, I find it irresistible. The yakitori other than Torikawa is also solid, and the fragrant chicken tataki where you can enjoy the deliciousness of the skin is Japanese? Is it Western? The seasoned mushroom radish was also very flavorful and complemented the yakitori. There is also a take-out takeaway restaurant in a separate area, so you can take some home and enjoy our signature Torikawa skewers at home. This is a restaurant where you can enjoy Hakata Torikawa in a good mood from early in the morning.
