The New Year holiday of 2024 marks the first day of eating out this year. I was unable to leave central Kumamoto early in the new year because I was caught up in a rough job involving people. We have to eat outside, but we're currently in the middle of the New Year holidays. Now, I was tired of wondering which stores were open, so I came to Sakuramachi Kumamoto. Everyone seemed to have the same idea that Sakuramachi would be open most of the time, and it was very crowded with many families. Almost all restaurants in Restaurants area are open, which is a blessing. It's okay to eat in this area during the New Year holidays. After looking around the store, Toshihisa caught my eye because it matched my mood. I ordered the beef tongue & imoni set meal (2,662 yen), which had the most meat. It was a luxurious set meal that included grated yam and sweet potato stew. No matter how many years pass, tastes don't change after all (^^ゞ The Riku Beef Tan I had for the first time in 14 years was delicious. It was fragrant and the seasoning of salt was just right. It was a great dish after all. I thought it was. It was very satisfying to eat, including the texture. Last time I had the tail soup, but the imoni was also rich and had a consistent taste similar to pork soup. Is this chili pepper served on the side? Hey, this miso pickle also goes well with white rice. The meal that started 2024 was a good beef tongue set meal. The taste of Toshihisa from Sendai has become even more delicious and sophisticated, and you can now enjoy it in Kumamoto as well. I'm here.
