熊本旅行1日目のディナーは、『料理屋 八』さんへ。
夫がカウンターを予約してくれてました。
アラカルトで頼むより、サーブが速いし、お得ですとのことで、コースを頼みました。
コースは、
☑︎卵豆腐の肉味噌あんかけ
☑︎お造り(しまあじ 大トロ タコ)
☑︎ハモセラーヌのサラダ
☑︎サワラの香草焼き オリーブペースト
☑︎木の元ロース
でした。3500円くらいだったと思います。
和とフレンチとバランス良く、この金額で大トロのお刺身も頂ける！
かなりコスパ良いコースです。
特に私が気に入ったのは、サワラです。
柔らかいのとサワラをこんなにオシャレに仕上げるのが、素晴らしい。
カウンターで、シェフが色々説明してくれたり、お話してくれて、接客も好感度高かったです。
