初めてなので、当日予約可能な梅をオーダー。
生ビールを飲みながら、お通しのとんぶりと長芋をつまむ。
造りは、ハガツオ、ウニ、イカ。
甘鯛と松茸の吸い物は、焼いた甘鯛が香ばしい。

本日の八寸は、牡蠣フライのタルタルにいぶりがっこが使われているのが面白い。
