菊地のお店には何回か行った事があって…
とは言っても かなり前の話で、菊地在住のお友達が美味しいから!!って勧めてくれて
で、実際その通り美味しくって
でも、その後で 世界の◯◯さんがTVで紹介されたり、、、
(そういえば…世界の◯◯さんって二人いた様な^^;)
でも其の菊地在住のお友達が他所に引っ越してからは中々縁遠くなっちゃって
で、熊本市内に進出されたと知って まぁまぁの月日が経っての来店となりました
奇しくもランチタイムの利用だったため、お得な1000円のビジネスランチの本日のPIZZAを注文しました
本来ならチーズ好きなのでトレフォルマッジを選びたいところなのだけど…
でもチーズ好きだと云いながらゴルゴンゾーラは苦手なので(^^;
因みに本日のPIZZA はトマトとアンチョビとケッパーが載ったもので、
私には少々塩味が強く感じました(アンチョビの塩味かなぁ?)
とはいえ、具の占有面積は狭めでして
ランチ価格だからなのかなぁ？
それでも生地が美味しければ結構イケるものなのでしょうが、、、
日本一のバリスタさんが入れてくれたエスプレッソも私には本格的過ぎるお味でした
何よりカウンター内のスタッフさん(?)が あまり好印象ではなかったのが一番残念…でした
