熊本駅前に出来たビルの上層階に入るお店です。
個室の雰囲気も料理の見た目も最高でした。
分かって行ったので、少しお高めの単価も了解済み。
一番美味しかったのは、一番安かった1300円の角赤身と、馬刺しでした。
そうそう、ヒレ肉もとても美味しかったです。
ただ、上カルビとロースはダメでした。
一人前2,000円前後しましたが、値段対比筋っぽさが半端なく、これなら半値位の焼肉屋さんの方が美味しいお肉を提供してくれると感じましたー
叙々苑のように雰囲気を楽しみたいならお薦めですが、お肉の切り方変えたら、筋っぽいところ少なくなるのかな？お肉変えたら筋っぽいのが減るのかな？
素人にはわからないですが、改善していただきたいですね。
