Take the Shinkansen from Nagoya and head west to Kumamoto. There are generally three flights from the Nagoya area to Kumamoto, one in the morning, one in the afternoon, and one in the evening, so I just couldn't find the right time. Still, if you just look at the time it takes to ride the Shinkansen, it's about 4 hours even if you transfer to Hakata, so if you just take it easy, you can get to Kumamoto without getting bored. From Kumamoto Station, I took a tram to an inn near Suizenji Park. I wonder if it was meant to be a service, but for some reason the hotel room was changed to a universal room, but since it was a bath with a washing area, I decided to leave it at that. Well, after taking a bath, I'm going to go hang out at a bar next door, so I choose Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) next door. You will be guided to the counter, where you can order using a tablet. By the way, since I received a coupon at the hotel, I was able to get horse sashimi as a service, albeit a mini one. I can have a drink with this and the appetizer... I think to myself as I moisten my throat with a glass of draft beer. I was thinking of drinking it...I was dying to drink the first beer, so I decided to put a sesame cucumber, thinly sliced cucumber tossed in a sauce containing sesame oil, as a chopstick rest. Next up is today's recommendation, amberjack with sesame sauce. It looks like a cucumber covered with sesame seeds, but the taste is completely different, so there is no problem with it. Hmm, hirugohan is also tandan noodles >.< Amberjack is eaten after being lightly turned upside down, but it's also good to eat a fish with a konna taste. By the time I finished eating the amberjack, the grilled pork feet I had ordered in advance arrived. I sucked on the chewy pork trotters with shochu from Kumamoto instead of beer (lol) It must have been quite a pace up to this point, but I'm still going strong, so I had some miso-marinated tofu called Itukimura Uni Dofu on ice. She goes straight while licking the thing she gave him. Hmm, it definitely tastes like sea urchin. In the second half, the miso flavor comes to the fore as it melts and becomes loose, but the taste of the sauce becomes strange. I wanted it to be just right, but as a finishing touch, I thought it would be a bad idea to Ramen at another restaurant, so I hurriedly ordered grilled Onigiri with dashi chazuke (lol). It is made with mustard greens, which is typical of Kyushu. The konna-like Hitori Meshi was completed in just one and a half hours. After brushing my teeth, I went to bed and sorted out my photos, and then I fell asleep at Tosen due to the fatigue of meeting at 5 o'clock and the long trip... And so, I am writing this blog in the middle of the night when I woke up. . By the way, I'll be picking you up at 7 o'clock tomorrow, so I'll get some sleep (=_=)
