I visited Miyamoto, an Italian Cuisine restaurant located in a residential area, with a reservation made by a friend. I never thought there would be Restaurants in such a place, so I went inside. Near the entrance, there are rows of ingredients produced and sold at Restaurants. The interior of the restaurant has wood-based tables and walls made of wood, giving it the feel of a mountain hut in Aso. This time, I decided to take the ``Seasons'' JPY 15,000 (tax included) course that allows you to travel through Kumamoto's four seasons on a plate. The course consists of 10 dishes including appetizers and desserts, and dishes are grilled or grilled over wood or charcoal. The chef's hospitality and the chef's selection of two types of beef raised on pasture in Aso are served regularly. No matter what dish I ate, I was able to enjoy both the visual appeal and the flavors made with Kumamoto's delicate local ingredients. The menu is also unique, so it was an exciting Italian Cuisine experience. Italian Cuisine food I had in a quiet residential area was amazing. Thank you for the meal.
