SNSでみてからずっと気になっててやっと食べに行くことが出来ました。
外観、内観ともにとても綺麗ですごく心地よい空間でお食事をすることができました。
コースと単品のふたつがあり、今回は単品注文させていただきました。
お通しはお漬物でとても美味しかったです！
天草大王のたたきは上に塩がかかっており、自分の好みで柚子胡椒と醤油をつけて食べるスタイルでした。とても弾力があり、お肉自体の旨味を感じれる味わいだと思います！

全部の串のクオリティが高くて、健軍にお住まいの方がとても羨ましいと思ってしまいました✨
ただ、ここに焼き鳥を食べに来るという"目的"をもって来られる方も少なくないなとも勝手ながら思いました（笑）
飲み物は
1杯目は安定のビール
2杯目からは日本酒に産土を頂きました。
口当たりが優しく、とても飲みやすい印象で個人的に大好きなお酒でした。
3杯目以降からは店主におすすめのお酒を出していただきどのお酒も食中酒としてペアリングに最適なものばかりだったので興味のある方はぜひオススメを出していただいた方がよろしいかと思います
人気店なので来店される時は事前に予約して行った方が確実だと思います！
年明けからはコース料理スタートとの事だったので、単品注文されたい方はぜひ年内に食べに行ってください！
