熊本の馬肉料理専門店。
改装したばかりの店内は明るく清潔でデートにも使えそうな雰囲気で、個室もあって気楽です。メニューは、馬刺し・馬肉の握り・鍋・ステーキ・カツ・ユッケなど豊富な馬肉料理と、からし蓮根・一文字グルグルなどの郷土料理があります。
菅乃屋彩りサラダ（1320円）：カラフルな県内野菜が新鮮です。
馬刺し盛合せ・６種（2660円）：上バラ・霜降り・ロース・フタエゴ・コウネ（タテガミ）・心臓の６種。どの部位も臭みなく美味しく頂けます。
赤身刺し（1690円）：鮮やかな赤が綺麗な馬刺し。純粋に肉が旨いです。
からし蓮根（790円）：軽く炙ってあります。より味噌や蓮根の風味が立って美味しいです。
ハリハリ鍋（4640円）：しっかりとサシの入った馬肉をしゃぶしゃぶして頂きました。これもお肉が柔らかく旨く、脂の質が良いのか、どんどん食べても重くなりません。牛肉より好きです。
ホホ肉のシチュー（1590円）：牛より美味しいかも。
全部美味しかったです。馬肉はこのお店が一番だと思います。
