熊本の「菅乃屋 銀座通り店」さんに伺い馬肉料理を頂きました。
「バラ肉のレアカツ」は馬肉の旨みと弾力ある食感で、デミグラスソースと相性良く、更にマスカルポーネチーズを加えて美味しさが増しました。
馬肉の旨み、デミグラスのコク、マスカルポーネチーズの爽やかさが相まって美味しかったです。
馬刺し盛合せ8種は、彩り豊かでした。
個人的には赤身と大トロが特に美味しかったです。
ドリンクは球磨焼酎で作った"デコポン"酎ハイを頂きました。
熊本の最南端、人吉球磨地域の日本に4つだけの産地呼称が認められた本格焼酎ブランド"球磨焼酎"の二段仕込み
本格米焼酎白岳しろと熊本の特産品"デコポン"の強い甘みとの相性がとても良くて清々しい飲みやすさでした。
店内は清潔感がありカウンター席とテーブル席があります。店員さんの対応もとても丁寧で色々と教えて頂きました。ありがとうございました。
