Amakusa Daio's Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) is on full display. There's a salad on the plate where the skewers are placed! The flavor of the chicken and the sauce make the perfect dressing! Amazing. The result was super yummy! Now, the skewers are carefully grilled. It feels like they're grilling each ingredient according to the sauce and salt. It's just the right amount of seasoning and it's fantastic. The thighs and wings in particular are not to be missed. It's a great start to our second stop of the offline meetup.
