気がつくと新町にジンギスカン屋さんができていたので家族で行って来ました。
６人なので入り口が異なる個室の方へ。
本格的なジンギスカン鍋が置かれていて碍子剥き出しの壁に昭和感漂いとてもいい感じ。
とりあえずジンギスカンをセットで四人前とポテトサラダなどを。肉は店名にもなつているチャックロールとショルダーでした。セットはキムチがつきます。それに野菜。もやしキャベツと鍋で焼くためのもの。
タレはジンギスカンにあまりなじみないので評価できないのですが美味しいとだけ。好みで唐辛子と生ニンニクを。
あっさりでどれだけでも食べれます。ビール合いますね。ラムチョップとおにぎりを追加しましたよ。
そうそう生ビールはハートランドというのも嬉しかった。
またうかがいます。片肘張らずにうかがえるのか嬉しい。おごちそうさまでした。
