Sushi on Kumamoto Shimodori
I wanted to eat some delicious sushi, so I made a reservation and visited. The omakase course is 11,000 yen. The food was really delicious and they served seasonal ingredients, so I had fun wondering what would be next. Grilled saury, steamed soft-shelled turtle in chawanmushi, etc. All of them were delicious with elegant seasoning.

太刀魚の塩焼きに自家製のカラスミがかかって
ふわふわ美味しかったです。
今回の握りは私の好きな海老が出てきたので
嬉しかった〜☺︎
