サクラマチ熊本の３階にあるハンバーグの専門店。
休日のお昼時に行ったのでかなり混んでおりました。
４組待ちで１５分くらい待ちましたかね。
店先の名簿に名前を書いて呼び出しを待つシステムです。
名物であり看板メニューである山本のハンバーグを頼みました。
これがセットにできまして、ご飯、味噌汁、サラダに加え、さらに
一口野菜ジュースと、生卵１個が付いてきます。
セットメニューとしてはなかなかのサービスの良さ。
このセットが１８８０円のお値段でした。
さらに塩唐揚げを単品（８８０円）で追加注文しました。
ハンバーグと唐揚げ、もう最高の組み合わせですな。
かなりはしゃいでしまいました。(^^ゞ
もう全力で白ご飯を食べるつもりでいます。
まずはサラダと一口野菜ジュース。
野菜ジュースは季節によって変わるらしく、
この日はメロン、りんご、ブロッコリーのジュースでした。
果実の甘さでちゃんと飲みやすかったです。
サラダはオニオンチップが添えられた、ビネガー系。
フレッシュで良いサラダでした。
これは唐揚げにも添えられてましたけどね。
そしてメインの山本のハンバーグ。
程よく柔らかくて、切る時に肉汁が溢れます。
上にチーズクリームが乗ってて、中にも
ゴルゴンゾーラチーズとキノコのクリームが詰まってて
旨さが溢れる一級のハンバーグ。
とにかく白ご飯にバウンド、バウンドでした。(^^ゞ
デミグラスソースもしっかりご飯に合う。
洋風なんですけどね、抜群に白ご飯が進むのがこのお店の
ハンバーグの良き特徴じゃないかなと思います。
ニンニクの効いた塩唐揚げとハンバーグ。
ご飯も凄く良く炊けていたので基本もう言うことなし。(^O^)
ご飯はおかわりができますので存分に堪能しました。
宮城県産のお米らしいです。
食べる醤油と言うのが用意されていて、
無料の生卵と併せるとＴＫＧにすることもできます。
ハンバーグと唐揚げに美味しいご飯で満足この上なし。
ハンバーグはいろいろ種類も選べるのでまた行きたいと思います。
