When I opened the back door of the new store, I found a store with a very nice atmosphere. It was a very cold and rainy day and it was late, so we reserved it for ourselves. It's rare to find a restaurant in Kumamoto City that mainly serves fresh pasta and straw-grilled pasta. It seems like they only serve lunch on Saturdays and Sundays. The soft-spoken staff and the friendly atmosphere of the owner/chef were very nice! There are also course meals, and the lineup is more extensive than the price, and it looks extremely delicious. I definitely want to try it next time... It's amazing that everything from the noodles here to the focaccia, quiche, and desserts are handmade by the owner. And the quality is also amazing. While most of the desserts and other items that are not the mainstay of the shop are simple, there is nothing that makes me feel like I just tried making something.
