There was a shop that caught my attention along Shimotori, and I wanted to visit it, so I decided to visit it! There are table seats inside the store, and counter seats can be seen in the back, giving it a very stylish and adult atmosphere. First of all, it's a toast with sparkling wine, but it tastes especially delicious when a sommelier serves it! Swish is the best! ◯Appetizer The saltiness of the beans and Spanish Prosciutto is a nice accent and goes well with sparkling drinks. ◯ Oven-baked potatoes The flavor of rosemary increases your appetite! The flavored oil is also delicious! ◯Pasta with tomato sauce The degree of boiling and the acidity of the tomato sauce are well balanced and will make you want to drink wine!
