そしてソムリエがグラスとグラスにそそぎかえて、暖かい料理に合わせた最適な仕上げにしてくれるお店。
しかもノンアルコールワインもそれを怠らず、1人ひとり丁寧に接客してくださいます。
とにかくノンアルコールワインがめちゃくちゃ美味しい。今まで飲んだノンアルワインの中でダントツで美味しくて何杯もおかわりしました。
特に同ブランドの赤は金木犀のような華やかな香りがして軽くて非常に飲みやすい。
目の前に絵になるような白人のご夫婦がいらして、その方々へのソムリエの堂々たる接客と
お客様が美味しいと言ったことをきちんとシェフにも伝えていて非常に素敵な一連でした。
お通し？がお魚のテリーヌと青海苔の揚げパンのようなもの。
これがまた絶品！
お酒飲む方はぐいぐいいけちゃいます。
このレベルの前菜の盛り合わせをメニューでほしいですね！！
パスタは天使のエビとルッコラのスパゲッティ
定番の組み合わせだけど、酸味と甘味が絶妙になるまで煮詰めたトマトソースが美味しい！！
ボリュームが結構あって海老も3尾ものってます。
これでこの価格は良心的！
ソースがかなりよく絡んでます。
メインも美味しいんだろうなぁ！！
次は絶対ワインといただきたいです！
