熊本県天草の手前、宇土半島の先っちょ三角町にある2015.8.8オープンの新しいお店。サードプレイス。

ランチメニューの定番は、店主が５年かけて開発したスパイスから作る薬膳料理を目指したしっかりとした旨味のあるベジカレープレートに、トッピングでホット豆乳をかけたソイミルクカレープレート。スパイスで炒めた牛挽肉とトマトのマリネをのせたメキシカンカレープレート。全てにサラダとピクルスが付く。

その他にオムライスや温玉のっけご飯（スパイシーミートとサラダに特製ソースをかけたライスプレート。）があります。

デザートメニューは毎日変わりますが、定番のガトーショコラは他店では味わた事のない生チョコのようなしっとりとした食感で濃厚な味わい。

コーヒーは手回し焙煎機で丁寧に火を通した酸味無く口の中で味や風味が４〜５回変わる上質なコーヒー。

その他にも自家製の梅ソーダやジンジャーエールなどもあり。
