熊本空港から近いので、飛行機の時間を気にせず、「熊本で馬肉！」とランチするのに便利なお店です。
普段食べている豚や牛と比べ、ことさら馬が美味しいとも思いませんが、旅先でのもの珍しさも手伝い、何度か行きました。
馬刺しはもちろん、ステーキやハンバーグなど、いろいろな馬肉料理がありますが、私は、無難にハンバーグが好きです。
雑誌やネットを眺めていると、本格的？な馬肉料理店もたくさんあるようですが、「馬を食べたことがある」という経験をしたいだけ（私はこれに該当）であれば、取り敢えず、このお店で充分と思います。
更に、馬料理に興味が湧くようであれば、別の選択をした方がいいと思います。
