ここは某Y女子の熊本本拠地のそば。
震災後は臨時メニューで営業再開してたようです^^;
現在は地震から5ヶ月が過ぎ通常メニューに戻られてるようです(^^)
ということで平日のランチどきにお邪魔してみました。
先客はおひとり様のリーマン風が5人ほど、小上がりにはマンガ本を読みながら食べてるリーマン3人組もいます。
軽くせいろ蕎麦でもよかったんですがセットものが目にとまり牛とじ丼とせいろ蕎麦のセット890円をオーダー。
蕎麦は温かいのも選べます。
先客もいたせいか10分強ほど待っての配膳でした。
先ずは蕎麦から…
ふむ、風味豊かというわけではありませんが手打ちとうたってるのがわかる喉ごし。
普通にうまいやや白っぽい二八蕎麦ですね〜♪
では牛とじ丼に一味投入して実食です。
牛肉はバラ肉ですがアツアツで玉子の半熟具合もいい感じなんですがとにかく味が濃い~_~;
甘辛いというか甘さもかなりのレベルでしかもつゆはダクダクダクな感じでごはんはお茶漬け状態でした。
たまたまならいいんですが蕎麦が美味しいからちょっとこの丼は残念ですね〜。
味の評点は蕎麦ですが蕎麦だけなら再訪ありと思います(^^)
