I decided to go to Otsuya because there is a delicious Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant in Otsu that offers all-you-can-eat. I ordered a single item, thinking I wouldn't be able to finish it all, but the meat was thick and flavorful, and it was delicious. The tongue was thin, but there were also thicker tongues. I ordered a single item, but I ordered two soft drinks and ate about 4,000 yen, so I think I'll get my money's worth even with all-you-can-eat.
