一言で言うと、「惜しい」。
味、サービス共に惜しいんです。
久々に数年ぶりにいったら昔よりクオリティーが落ちた気がしました。
いい肉なのは見た目でわかるけど、口に入れると見た目より美味しくない。。
何故だろう。
炭だろうかタレだろうか。。
炭もボロボロで後半は焼肉のはずがジャーキーみたいになってしまいましたし、炭を足してもらっても火が着くに時間かかって気持ちが萎えました。
味も肉に下味つけないのはいいのですが、タレもイマイチ合いませんでした。
そして肉の味もあまりせず物足りない。
本当、惜しい！
