光の森、なんとも幻想的な地名の付いた熊本の新興
住宅地である。
何時ぐらいに出来たのだろう？
大きなショッピングモールやお洒落なレストラン、綺麗
で大きな洋風住宅が軒を連ねている。
そんな新しい綺麗な街にできた「石窯パン工房Fourier」
へお使いで食パン一斤を買いに。
田舎の母親がココのパンを気に入っているらしく、買って
来いとせがまれた。
郊外の一戸建てなパン屋さんって始めて来たかも。
何十種類ものパンが大きな店内にディスプレイのように
飾って・・・陳列されている。
お客さんも団体客かってくらいの混雑っぷり。
人気どころのパンは、あっという間になくなるようだ。
クランベリーチーズ（250円）
石窯で焼いたビーフシチュー（170円）
カレーパン（140円）
他いろいろ、計3,000円近く買ってしまう。（汗）
お店のイートインスペースでカレーパンをパクつく。
もちもちの生地がジュワット油で香ばしく揚っており、
カレーもスパイシー。
中に大き目のビーフがゴロッと入って、うん旨いネ！
コーヒー無料のサービスもあり、ランチのカフェ使いにも
良さそうなお店である。
沢山買い過ぎて、他のパンの名前は覚えていない・・・。
でも、久々に思いっきりパンを買えたし、楽しかったなぁ。
あっ、食パン買うのは忘れてしまうオチもあった。
