熊本で鰻と言うとここ徳永さんが外せないと思います。
名前が「うなぎの徳永」から変わりまして「徳永北」。
昔から変わらずここにある名店です。
最近県内各地に系列店が進出していまして
鰻以外の料理にも力が入っている熊本の大御所です。(^^
今回、久々に訪問しまして、特上うなぎ御膳を注文しました。
＋100円で肝吸いに変更できましたのでそれも追加。
屋号が新しくなって牛まぶしなどもやってまして迷いました。
御膳ですから薬味的な小鉢がいくつかありまして
山椒味噌と梅だれが用意されていて、ご飯おかわり自由です。
肉厚の大きいうなぎが出てきて、とても香ばしかった。
タレは別付で調整可能となっています。
一つ一つに気遣いが感じられる提供方法でした。
梅ダレは柔らかい酸味でマイルドな味わい。
徳永では鰻と梅の食い合わせは気にしなくてＯＫでした。
説明もとても丁寧で接客も感じが良いです。
個人的には多少全国の鰻屋を巡って来て、
鰻に対する経験は少し増えたと思うんですけど
ここの鰻はやっぱり美味しい。(*´▽｀*)
熊本のマイ鰻屋と言える老舗。
やっぱり自分は徳永が好きです。
