「天郷食堂」さんに久しぶりの訪問です。
「焼きめし」と、お店名物「ホルモンみそ煮」の二品を注文。
店内は昭和にタイムスリップしたよう。お値段もその頃のままとまっているかのようです。
名物「ホルモンみそ煮」は、見た目は濃い色合いですが、意外にも味はさらりとした美味しさで、思わず、味噌ダレまで飲み干してしまいました。
豚ホルモンを毎日3～4時間煮込んでいらっしゃるとそうです。
「焼きめし」は玉子をまとったご飯が、美しい黄色味を帯び、食欲をそそります。塩コショウはそんなに強く感じません。中華の風味が口に広がります。シンプルな味で好きな美味しさでした。
地元の顔馴染みのお客さんがよく利用なさってるようです。
分煙化が進んだら、もっと通うんだけどなぁ。美味しかったです。
