I had a day off from work today, so I tried using it with my family. It was my first time, but I didn't notice the popping sound I heard when I entered. Hmm. When I looked at the menu, there was also a lunch menu, but I went for the "Majimori Pork Ball" for 599 yen (excluding tax). My family seemed to be ordering something from Cheese Inn or a mix. The materials will arrive in a few minutes. The mixing bowl is quite large and comes with a wooden spatula, so it's easy to mix. The Majimori pork balls are grilled in a slightly different way, so a special plate with instructions on how to grill them was included. First, place the margarine on the griddle and grill the pork on top. Quite a lot of pork. And it seems to be seasoned with something like Yakiniku (Grilled meat) sauce. Once the pork is cooked, return it to the bowl, mix it with the other ingredients, and start grilling. The cabbage is cut into squares, about 5mm square. As written on the wall, the basic cooking method at Dotonbori is 5 minutes on one side, 5 minutes on the other side, and 5 minutes on the other side for a total of 15 minutes. It would be nice if there was a timer on the wall. Very convenient. The temperature of the iron plate is controlled at 190 degrees. You can check the current temperature by looking from the side. Because of this temperature control, you can control the degree of baking based on the time. Also, as was written on the wall, it seems that the temperature decreases the further away you are from the operating side of the iron plate. It may be necessary to extend the time slightly. I received it immediately after 15 minutes. I thought the taste was a little different from the usual Okonomiyaki- maybe the sauce was different, but it seems like it tastes more like pork that has been grilled with sauce first. This is delicious on its own. I've been to many Okonomiyaki restaurants and have written many things about the balance of flour and cabbage being too poor, but this one has a good balance. To be honest, I thought it could have used a little more cabbage, but I thought it was a good addition for everyone. Personally, I was quite satisfied. There is a wide variety of menu options, including all-you-can-eat options, but if I had to make a request, I would be happy if they could prepare something basic like pork balls, with the same amount of toppings, and a large serving for about 100 yen more. . This time's Majimori Butadama is 100 yen more than the normal super-advantageous pork ball of 499 yen, so I'm very satisfied, but I wish I had gotten something with more dough. If you prepare it with each ingredient...I think you can enjoy it at a reasonable price. However, the Majimori Pork Ball was quite filling. This is a restaurant I would like to visit again with my family. I'd like to try the all-you-can-eat option, but I can't eat that much... I felt like making monja or Okonomiyaki at home for the first time in a while. lol Thank you for the meal.
