日曜日、開店１０分前に到着。
駐車場は広く、車でしか行けない所にありますが安心です。既に店の前には大勢の人が待っており、店の前に名前を記入する方式でした。既に１３組・２５名の待ち。
１１時に開店。残念ながら一巡目では入れず。
名前ボードは開店後は店内に移設されます。
待つこと３０分。ようやく一組が退店。店内を覗くとまだ提供されてない方も。提供まで時間がかかるようです。

注文後、５分で提供。一巡目の提供には時間かかるようですがその後はある程度スムーズに提供されるよう。
綺麗に麺線整えられたうどんは程よいコシで好みに近く、肉は甘くに煮られており、舞茸天は揚げたてで美味しかった。
美味しいのは美味しいのですが果たして１時間待つ価値があるか。そこが評価の分かれ目です。
